I always make sure to give all animals the best care and i always ask the owners about their dog or cat and explain to the owner how the groom went i also do mobile grooming so i come and collect them and bring them back once their done
Do you cater to specific breeds or sizes of dogs and cats , and are there any services particularly popular with your customers?
I treat all dog and cats equally but of course some dogs or cats require different services especially if they have health issues or nervous

full groom that include bath, blow dry, brush out, clipping, ear cleaning and nail clipping

How do you ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience for dogs and cats during their grooming session?
I do 1 - 1 on Friday and Saturday if your dog or cat has anxiety they will be the only one in the salon to reduce stress but any other day there will be upto 3-4 dogs in the salon that are always kept away from other dogs while grooming to reduce any risk of harm I always give the dogs and cats breaks in-between to make sure they are calm
