Booking and cancellation policy
To ensure fairness to all my clients and myself, I require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me manage my schedule efficiently.

Pet health and safety
Your pet's health and safety are my top priority. Please inform me of any pre-existing health conditions, allergies, or behavioural issues your dog may have prior to grooming. I reserve the right to refuse service to any dog or cat deem to be a danger to themselves, myself, or other animals. In the event of an emergency during grooming, I will contact you immediately and, if necessary, seek veterinary attention at your expense.
Client responsibilities and expectations
I kindly ask that all dogs and are up-to-date on their vaccinations and flea/tick treatments before their grooming appointment. Please ensure your dog or cat has had a chance to relieve themselves before coming in. I also expect clients to disclose any aggressive tendencies their dog or cat may exhibit. By agreeing to our service, you acknowledge these terms and grant Candy's K9 Cuts Dog Grooming permission to perform the requested services.
